Button mushroom 200grams diced
Onion finely chopped /grated 2 medium
Tomato puree 1/2cup / or of 2-3 medium tomatoes
Ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoon
Garam masala powder 1teaspoon
Kashmiri chili powder 2teaspoon (or according to ur taste )
Turmeric powder /haldi 1/2teaspoon
Oil 2 -3tablespoon
salt as per taste
Green coriander leave chopped for garnishing
Method
Heat oil in a pan add ginger-garlic paste, and onions chopped . Saute until aromatic, onions gets soft and golden in colour add turmeric, (coriander powder optional) gram masala stir it about a min now add tomato puree cook for 5 min until the tomato leave the oli ,add diced mushrooms &salt . Cook on low flame for 8 -10 minutes. Garnish it with coriander ready to serve .
