Baked Modak

Baked modak
Rawa 1/2cup
Sugar powder 1/2cup (u can add more sugar as per ur taste)
Curd 1/2cup
Unsalted butter 1/2cup
Maida 1cup
(Milk if needed)

method

In a big bowl mix curd, butter,sugar mix well then add rawa and maida and rub it using your fingertips.Knead dough add little milk if needed,,make dough let it rest for 10min ,
Preheat oven to 180˚C. Grease a baking tray. shape modak using mould ,make all then bake in the preheated oven for about twenty minutes. ready for bhog enjoy kritika's cuisine.
