Apple Basundi /Apple Kheer/ Apple Pudding

Ingredients
Apples 1cup grated
Milk 3 cup
Sugar 1/4 cup (or as per taste)
Cardamom powder 1/2 teaspoon
Condensed milk 1/2 cup
Method
In a microwave safe bowl microwave grated apple for 2 to 3 mins ,now heat a pan or kadai pour milk and condensed milk and bring it boil cook on the low flame for 8to 10mins .add grated apple cooked in microwave , sugar , cardamom powder make the flame low cook about 5 mins and add dry fruit of choise and continue to cook till the kheer thickens to the desired consistency. Cool it and serve chill enjoy kritika's cuisine..
