Beetroot cutlet

Beetroot cutlets
Beetroot a colourful vegetables which gives beautiful color and nutrition value to it


2 big size boiled potato
2 medium beetroots grated
1 tablespoon onions chopped finely
1 tablespoon peas
1teaspoon green chillies (adjust according to taste
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
1 tablespoon green coriander chopped
2 tablespoon semolina / bread crumbs
Salt to taste
Oil for deep frying

In a large bowl mix potatoes, beetroot, pea, onions ,green chillies, ginger garlic paste, bread crumbs ,coriander, garam masala, and salt
knead to make a dough.make a shape of cutlet mix as u want
roll each cutlet piece in bread crumbs / suji /semolina
heat oil in a deep frying pan and deep fry the cutlets until golden brown.
 Cutlet are ready serve delicious cutlet with green pudina chutney / tomato sauce. Enjoy Kritika's cuisine.
