2 1/2 cup milk
1 cup fresh cream (I used dairy cream)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup castor sugar
2 tablespoons of corn flour
2 cup mix fruits chopped of your choice
In a large heavy bottom saucepan stir in the milk, cream, cornflour and vanilla extract mix all ingredients and . Bring this mix to boil , now trun the flame to low and Add the castor sugar to the milk mix. Keep stirring it until the milk mix thickens. Make sure you keep stirring continously so no lumps form.
The mixture can very quickly form lumps if unattended. Do do take care.
Once the milk mixture has thickened, custard is ready. let it come to room temperature now refrigerate it for 3 -4 hrs top it with fruits ready to eat homemade vanilla custard Kritika's cuisine..
