Whole dry kashmiri red chillies 15 -20
Garlic 20 cloves
Vinger 4 teaspoons
salt to taste
In a bowk soak kashmiri chillies in water for half an hour.now drain it grind the kashmiri chillies and garlic cloves , salt little bit sugar (optinal )with Vinger a fine paste. Add a little water if necessary and mix well. Pour it in a air tight container and keep it in freeze u can use it for 30 to 40 days . Kritika's cuisine..
