Pav Bhaji is one of the most popular street food in mumbai. The Pav Bhaji can be had as a brunch or as meal during lunch / dinner, also have it as an evening snack.
Ingredients
2 medium sizes potatoes
1 cup chopped cauliflower
1/2 cup bell pepper
1 1/2 cup fresh peas
1 /2cup chopped carrot
1/2cup cabbage
1 large onion finely chopped / grated
2 cup tomato puree
4 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
2 teaspoon kashmiri chilli powder
3 tablespoon pav bhaji masala
1teaspoon garam masala powder
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon cumin seed
2 bay leaf
3 tablespoon ghee or butter
method
In a presser cooker, add all veggies cook it for 2- 3 whistles..now
Heat a butter in a kadhai and add the cumin seed, bay leaf when the seeds crackle, add ginger &garlic paste and saute it on slow flame for a 1 minute, thn add chopped onions and saute until aromatic, onions gets soft and golden in colour, add tomato puree cook for 5 min until the tomato leave the oli ,now add oli ,now add turmeric , kashmiri chilli powder , garm masala, pav bhaji masala and mix well aftr a minute add cook veggies mix veggies and masala well mash the veggies directly in the pan. cook it for 10 minutes on a low flame add water if needed add lemon juice 1 teaspoon and salt mix all ingredients gently bhaji is ready to serve ..

On a flat pan, heat some butter.
When the butter melts, keep the pavs on the melted butter and fry for a minute. Ready to serve with bhaji .Kritika's cuisine..
