creamy mashroom

Creamy mashroom

200 grams button mushroom diced
1/2 cup onion paste
1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
1 bay leaf
1 green cardamoms
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
4 tablespoon curd
1/2 cup fresh cream
1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
1/4 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
Salt to taste


Heat a 1 tablespoon oil in pan add bay leaf ,clove ,cardamom, cumin when they start crackle add onion paste saute it for a minute then add ginger garlic paste until aromatic, onions gets soft and golden in colour, turmeric , chilli powder , garam masala mix all well now add mashroom and 1/2cup or little less water and cook it for 6 to 8 minutes(till mashroom cooked) and add salt  . In small bowl whipp curd and fresh cream ,,after 6 -8 minutes switch off the flame add pour cream mix into gravy and give it a gentle mix granish it with chopped green coriander .... serve hot with any indian flat bread or rice enjoy Kritika's cuisine
