fried Chinese rice

Basmati rice 1 cup boiled
1 tablespoon onion bulb chopped
2 tablespoon spring onions chopped
1 tablespoon french beans chopped
1 tablespoon green bell pepper chopped
1 tablespoon carrot chopped
1 tablespoon cabbages chopped
1 teaspoon garlic chopped
2 tablespoon mushroom chopped
1teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon black pepper power
Salt to taste


Heat a 1 tablespoon oil in a pan add chopped garlic saute it for few sec note garlic should not change it colour now add onion saute it add ginger garlic paste until aromatic, onions gets soft now add french bean , bell pepper , carrot, mahroom , cabbage , saute it for 2 minutes then add boiled rice salt to taste, black pepper , soya sauce mix all ingredients together cover pan with lid for 2 minutes , garnish it with spring onions leave , serve hot
