250 grams
3 tablespoon corn starch
4 teaspoon soya sauce
4 tablespoon chopped spring onions
2 teaspoon chopped garlic
5 tablespoon sliced bell pepper
1 teaspoon black pepper powder
1 -2 green chillies
1 teaspoon vinegar
1 tablebspoon corn flour dissolved 1/2cup water
salt to taste
Method
Cut paneer into cube ..In a bowl mix the paneer with 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder, salt and 3 tablespoon corn flour.mix all ingredients well and let it rest for 5 minutes then shallow fry the paneer till light golden colour not much.
heat oil in a pan add garlic and the spring onions and stir it for a while till it become transparent now add the bell pepper and green chilies and saute it (bell pepper should cook half )
add black pepper powder , pour 1 cup of water.
add soy sauce, vinegar , sugar and salt cook for 2 minutes now add cornflour paste and mixwell and let the sauce thick,, now add paneer cube , after adding paneer cube cook it for few minutes
garnish chilli paneer with spring onions.
