chocolate kheer

Chocolate kheera / Rice pudding
(kheer is a famous indian rice pudding twisted with chocolate)


8 cup milk
1cup basmati rice ( i used india gate basmati rice )
 2 tablespoon condensed milk
1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 grated dark chocolate
Dry fruits 1/2 cup chopped (optional)J

Method

In a large saucepan combine milk, condensed milk,rice .Cook on high for 15 minutes, stirring very frequently. Bring to a rolling boil and then lower heat. Simmer for 40 more minutes until it thickens. add sugar,dry fuits and cardamom. Refrigerate until cold,Kheer thicker as it cools.now add grated chocolate mix gentalty . Top with dry fruits ready to serve chocolate kheer Kritika's cuisine...

Shahi Paneer Restaurant Style

Shahi Paneer




200 grams paneer
1 cup chopped onion
2 cup chopped tomato
1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
1 bay leaf
1/2 cup fresh cream
1teaspoon garam masala powder
1 tablespoon kashmiri chilli powder
A pinch of turmeric powder
10- 12 cashew
Salt to taste

Method

Heat a 1 tablespoon oil in a pan add onion saute it add ginger garlic paste until aromatic, onions gets soft and transparent in colour
, add tomato cook for 2 min until the tomato get pulpy
,now add cashew and mix well switch off the flame , let it cool down for 10 -15 min then grind this mix and make a paste
.in same pan heat 1 teaspoon oil add bay leaf , turmeric powder, kashmiri chilli powder , saute it for a second add onion tomato mix saute it for 2 min add gram masala powder,
salt mix well and 1/2cup or little less water and bring it to boil switch off the flame and add cream give a good mix to it now add paneer cubes mix gently garnish it with cream and chopped coriander

.enjoy with rumali roti /naan /or any other Indian flat bread / rice Kritika's cuisine..

Broccoli Mushroom Curry

Broccoli and Mushroom curry

Broccoli 1 medium (broccoli half head separated into florets and blanched)
Button mushroom 200grams diced
Onion finely chopped 2 medium
Tomato puree 1/2cup
Ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoon
Garam masala powder 1teaspoon
Kashmiri chili powder 2teaspoon (or according to ur taste )
 Turmeric powder /haldi 1/2teaspoon
Oil 2 -3tablespoon
salt as per taste

Method
Heat oil in a pan add ginger-garlic paste, and onions chopped . Saute until aromatic, onions gets soft and golden in colour add turmeric, (coriander powder optional) gram masala stir it about a min now add tomato puree cook for 5 min until the tomato leave the oli ,add mushrooms & broccoli ,salt . Cook on low flame for 5-8 minutes. Enjoy kritika cuisine

sabudana wada

Sabudana wada
Sabudana wada also called 'sago wada', is a traditional snack from Maharashtra

Ingredients
2 cup sabudana (sago)
2cup potatoes, boiled and mashed
4 tbsp roasted peanuts powder
3 tbsp green coriander chopped
1 green chilly chopped,
1 tsp jeera(cumin )
Salt to taste (i used rock salt /sandha namak)
Oil to deep fry

Method.
washed and soaked in water enough to cover the sago for 2 to 3 hour then drain any water .Mix all the ingredients In a large bowl mix potatoes, sabudana, green chilli, peanuts,coriander leaves, mix and knead make a dough

.make a shape of wada and .Heat oil in a deep frying pan and deep fry the wada until golden brown.
 Wada are ready serve delicious wada with green peanut chutney enjoy kritika cuisine.


Cutlet upwas wale



Ingredients
1cup bhagar/mordhan cooked
2cup potatoes, boiled and mashed
1/2cup sigade ka aata/chestnut powder
3 tablespoon green coriander chopped
1/2teaspoon red chilli power
1 green chilly chopped,
1 teaspoon jeera(cumin )
Salt to taste (i used rock salt /sandha namak)
Oil to deep fry
Method
In a large bowl mix bhagar, mashed potatoes , sigade ka ,coriander , green chillies, red chilli powder jeera , salt, mix and make ,knead to make a dough.
make a shape of cutlet
Heat oil in a deep frying pan and deep fry the cutlets until golden brown.
 Cutlet are ready serve delicious cutlet with green chutney enjoy Kritika's cuisine..

Date & Almond Cake

Date & Almond cake




1 cup flour (maida)
20 -22 seedless Dates
1 cup milk
3/4 cup sugar
1/2cup oil
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2cup chopped almond
Method
 Soak dates in milk for 30 minutes mean while sift flour and baking powder together, now grind the soak dates and sugar make a fine paste , in a mixing bowl take date paste now add oil in to and mix it well. add flour slowly and mix everything well, now add chopped almond mix it . Preheat oven at 180 C and grease a pan with oil and add batter. Bake it for 30 minutes at 180 c. Check after 30 minutes by inserting a toothpick at the center of the cake. If it comes out clean, then your cake is done or else continue baking for 5 more minutes and keep a watch on it.Once the cake has cooled down cut it and enjoy Kritika's cuisine..
